KeyNote
An object for the meeting table that reads the shape of a conversation — and then nudges the room towards a better one.

I — The workConcept
KeyNote is a call for a new conduct of conversation in meetings. It is a device that gathers data about how meetings unfold, analyses it so that a team can see its own organisational culture, and can then be reconfigured to encourage a new and better course of action.
II — The storyMaking & meaning
After years of making machines for public space, we turned to the most private public space of contemporary life: the meeting room. KeyNote holds up a mirror to a group rather than a person, and asks whether seeing the shape of a conversation is enough to change it.
